Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Raw Essence. We hope that you love our handcrafted natural products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (natural cosmetics), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. For health and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a resolution.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to help with the process.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return or request a replacement for a damaged product, please reach out to us at: rawlifenl@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) of the product or damage.
- After approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item, if necessary.
4. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the item was defective or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the items are safely delivered back to us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rawlifenl@gmail.com.
6. Non-returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged packaging that have been opened
- Gift cards or special sale items
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you'd like to receive.
