1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time they are placed. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
- Please note that orders placed during holidays or weekends may take longer to process.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Within the Netherlands: Standard shipping rates apply.
- EU Shipping: Shipping costs for EU destinations will be calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
For international orders, customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited services. The available options will be shown during checkout based on your location.
- Within the Netherlands: Orders are shipped via PostNL.
- EU & International Shipping: We use PostNL for EU and international orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
4. Delivery Times
- Netherlands: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
- EU: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
- International: Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination, but it generally takes 7-21 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We only ship to addresses that are valid and verified. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delayed delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the tracking email within 2-3 business days after placing your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Raw Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. However, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at rawlifenl@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
8. Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing the order to ensure it’s correct.
9. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to resolve the issue, but additional shipping charges may apply.
